Officially operated in Vietnam from May 2010. Nhon Trach factory has supported Bien Hoa factory in expanding production, accelerating the delivery process, reducing production costs and improving product quality.

Extruder dept.

Our department uses extruders to produce CPP (cast poly polypropylene) and IPP (inflation polypropylene) films for Clear Files, Clear Bags, and Clear Holders. I am still not very good at improvement activities, but they are directly related to the results of my work, and so I am motivated and excited to learn more. I will get more experience so that I can challenge difficult issues with my new skills and abilities.

CPP film dept.

With CPP (cast poly polypropylene) film we produce Clear Holders and Refills. Packaging automation has reduced the burden of labor. Our company's working principle is to work together towards the common goal. I have been working here for 8 years and my motivation is still unchanged from the beginning. Now we are focusing on minimizing the complexities of machinery and learning new technologies.

Clear file dept.

We produce over 80 types of PP products including Clear Files and Ring Files. I am proud of the role of product quality management in contributing to the company’s development. I try to implement kaizen activities with the principle "do not make, do not receive, and do not move the defect products to next production process". Improving product quality and becoming the No.1 PP File Maker in the market are our next goals.

Flat file dept.

Our department produces Fat Files (paper cover). Products are mainly exported to Japan. My main role is operating production to save time and labor by the most rational production plans. Being able to work with colleagues who are willing to contribute for the common goal in solidarity is a great motivation for me. Following the target of product line diversification, we also focus on maintaining our competitiveness in the market.

Scissors dept.

The scissors production process is carried out carefully, the blades are made by a high precision automatic grinder, and then the scissors are assembled and their sharpness adjusted by skilled staff. Every day, I check and research data to find effective solutions and improve product quality. We always listen to the ideas and experience of other colleagues, and work together to create a comfortable and flexible working environment.
